Naftenicas
Las bases lubricantes Naftenicas son producidas mediante tratamientos de fracciones (destilados) de petróleo obtenidas de la destilación al vacío de crudos seleccionados, ademas incluye hidrotratamiento. Estos productos presentan características muy apropiadas para la fabricación de aceites lubricantes de óptima calidad.
Dependiendo de la naturaleza química del crudo del cual proceden, se clasifican en bases parafínicas y bases nafténicas. Su rango de destilación está comprendido normalmente entre 350°C y 650°C.
usos
La principal aplicación de las bases lubricantes es la manufactura de aceites lubricantes para uso en automotores (aceite tipo carter) y en la industria.
Las bases nafténicas se utilizan preferentemente en la elaboración de lubricantes para bajas temperaturas con mayor fluidez y la elaboración de grasas.
También se usan como materia prima para la fabricación de tintas, vaselinas o como agentes ablandadores del fique.
